Quest’s 50th Anniversary Program
Begins September 24th

Quest’s Fall 2026 Program begins on Thursday, September 24th, and continues every Thursday through October 29th. This fall’s program will celebrate the 50th anniversary of Quest’s founding in September 1976. Please watch for further details as our 50th birthday approaches!

Following is an overview of the fall program. Several topics relate to the 50th anniversary of Quest and the 250th anniversary of the United States’ Declaration of Independence.

Complete information on all the sessions, as well as online registration, will be available on this website by mid-August. All sessions will be presented in person at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 31 S. Duke St., in downtown Lancaster.

Selected sessions will be recorded and made available for viewing on this website a few days after the “live” presentations. Which sessions will be recorded will not be decided until shortly before the spring program begins, but will be posted here as soon as decisions are made.

For more than forty years Quest for Learning has offered people of retirement age in the Lancaster community an opportunity to attend a continuing series of educational and enlightening seminars. Presented in six-week sessions twice a year, the seminars cover a wide range of topics — history, literature, current affairs, art, music, science, mathematics, politics, law and many others — and are presented by leading local experts in their fields — educators, public officials, business and community leaders, writers, artists and musicians. Quest participants encounter a unique adventure in learning, experiencing mental stimulation and growth, the excitement of new knowledge, and the pleasure of gathering with old friends and making new ones.
